Sunitha Gedupudi

Sunitha Gedupudi is the CEO of OpsMaven, a dynamic shared services company focused on operational excellence and technology-driven solutions. With an engineering degree in Instrumentation from Mumbai University, a Master’s in Computer Science from Illinois State University, and a Master’s in Psychology from IGNOU, she brings a rare blend of technical depth and human insight to leadership. Her career spans multiple sectors across India and the USA, shaping a global perspective grounded in integrity, honesty, and people-centric leadership.
Outside work, Sunitha is a hands-on mother of two and a lifelong learner. She loves to travel, explore new cuisines, read widely, learn languages, experiment in the kitchen, capture moments through photography, and unwind with good films. She believes strong leadership begins with balance, empathy, and genuine curiosity about people and the world.

Naveen Ranganna

As the Chief of Operations at OpsMaven, Naveen Ranganna leads the seamless execution of world-class administrative operations, enabling clients to focus on strategic growth and core business priorities. He provides strategic oversight across HR (Operations, Recruiting & L&D), Finance, IT, Infrastructure, Legal, and Procurement, ensuring these critical functions are efficient, compliant, and aligned with OpsMaven’s mission. With 24 years of experience, Naveen brings a data-driven, collaborative leadership style focused on operational excellence and sustainable value creation.
In earlier roles, he led end-to-end BPO and LPO operations, driving profitability, revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization. He has successfully scaled operations from 250 to 600 employees in under three years, implemented RPA to streamline processes, and led ISMS initiatives ensuring compliance with ISO, GDPR, and data privacy frameworks.
Beyond work, Naveen enjoys long drives to unwind, writes poetry in his regional language, listens to music, and values time with friends and family, maintaining a balanced, grounded approach to leadership.

Kiran Kesireddy

Kiran Kesireddy is the Director of Finance & Accounts at OpsMaven, leading financial strategy, controllership, compliance, reporting, and process improvements across multi-entity, cross-border operations. He has 12+ years of experience in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Taxation, and FP&A, and is proficient in Acumatica, SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books. His expertise spans Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP, with global exposure. Prior to OpsMaven, he held senior roles at Apex (AVP-Finance), NHN Group (Head of Finance), and ICICI.
He is a Qualified CMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, semi-qualified CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, pursuing Professional Level ACCA from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, and secured the All India 30th Rank in CMA Final (2017).
Outside of work, Kiran enjoys simplifying finance topics, exploring practical AI for productivity and decision-making, travelling, and staying updated on new technologies.

Sharmilaa Kannan

Sharmilaa Kannan, Vice President of Human Resources at OpsMaven, brings over 20 years of cross functional expertise across HR, L&D, Operations, Business Development, and Customer Success. She partners closely with the C-suite to shape people strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and drive workforce planning and culture transformation. Recognized as an HR 40 Under 40 leader, she has played a key role in building new business verticals, developing high-performance teams, and ensuring HR remains a strategic enabler of organizational growth.
Outside of work, Sharmilaa is an avid reader, enthusiastic blogger, and lover of culinary adventures and DIY projects. She values time with her family and enjoys life with her two fur babies, who add joy, balance, and inspiration to her everyday routine.
