Roles & Responsibilities:
Purchase & Vendor Accounting:
- Recording purchase invoices in accounting software
- Vendor ledger reconciliation
- Verification of purchase orders against invoices
- Supporting payment documentation and vendor coordination
Inventory & Stock Accounting Support:
- Assisting in stock reconciliation (physical vs system records)
- Supporting inward and outward entry verification
- Coordinating with operations for inventory documentation
Sales & GST Support:
- Assisting in sales entry verification
- Supporting GST data preparation (basic level – GSTR‑1 and GSTR‑3B workings)
- Reconciling sales registers with accounting records
Bank & BRS Support:
- Assisting in preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Tracking collections and payment entries
Operational Finance Support:
- Organizing vouchers and supporting audit documentation
- Maintaining compliance trackers
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an Intern who is eager to gain practical exposure in accounting, statutory compliance, and financial operations.
The ideal candidate should be:
- Eager to learn, analytical, and organized
- Interested in building a career in finance and accounting
- Strong in accounting fundamentals
- Detail‑oriented and disciplined
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com Graduate
- CA / CMA (Inter / Dropout) candidates preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas preferred)
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of financial statements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
