Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) for development, testing, and production environments.
- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage workloads on Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE/AKS).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation for reproducible deployments.
- Manage secrets and configuration using Vault/AWS Secrets Manager/SOPS.
- Implement monitoring, dashboards, and alerts.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high availability of services.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Work closely with development, QA, and security teams to streamline deployments and resolve incidents.
- Manage Linux/Windows servers, handle basic administration, patching, and service configurations.
- Contribute to documentation of deployment processes, runbooks, and infrastructure designs.
- Ensure security, backups, and compliance standards are followed across environments.
- Join client calls for deployments, infra discussions, and status updates.
Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
- Strong experience with Linux and Windows server administration.
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS) for containerized deployments.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Ability to write scripts for automation using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of networking, security best practices, IAM, SSL, and cloud architecture fundamentals.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS + GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Helm / Kustomize.
- OTel, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/Loki.
- Basic FinOps practices (tagging, cost insights).
- Understanding of DevSecOps and scanning tools.
- Hands-on experience with Helm, Kustomize, or GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Knowledge of container and cloud security best practices.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging stacks.
- Exposure to serverless platforms.
- Understanding of CI/CD best practices, blue/green or canary deployments.
- Knowledge of database management and backup/recovery strategies.
- Ability to optimize cloud costs and manage performance tuning.
- Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (BCA/B Tech/MCA).
- 3–5 years of DevOps/Cloud/System Administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Basic networking and security knowledge.
- Ability to work in team environments and own tasks.
