Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Possess strong business acumen with the ability to apply strategic insights to support organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate sound understanding of business operations to align legal support with broader corporate objectives.
  • Perform legal process documentation with accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with Legal back-office operations in collaboration with inter departments
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Manage and update databases and filing systems efficiently.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately prepared, properly formatted, and maintained in accordance with industry and legal standards.

Skills Required:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency in data entry, typing, and document formatting
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Dynamic and adaptable approach to work
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with interdepartmental teams

Working Hours: Flexible (full-time position)
