Roles and Responsibilities:
- Possess strong business acumen with the ability to apply strategic insights to support organizational goals.
- Demonstrate sound understanding of business operations to align legal support with broader corporate objectives.
- Perform legal process documentation with accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with Legal back-office operations in collaboration with inter departments
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Manage and update databases and filing systems efficiently.
- Ensure all documents are accurately prepared, properly formatted, and maintained in accordance with industry and legal standards.
Skills Required:
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in data entry, typing, and document formatting
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment
