As a Sales Specialist, you will:
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate and qualify leads through campaigns and outreach.
  • Introduce OpsMaven’s services to potential clients and articulate our value proposition.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through decision-making.
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and messaging.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Partner with marketing to generate and qualify leads through digital campaigns, events, and outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs and position OpsMaven’s services effectively.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Represent OpsMaven at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  • International recruitment experience preferred
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and contribute to business growth.

Preferred

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the services or outsourcing space.
  • Proven success in managing the full sales cycle and closing deals.
  • Experience working with startups or in high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in startup environments or service-based businesses is highly desirable.
